Community Care

Bible Fellowship Church supports a number of community agencies through financial contributions and volunteer service. These organizations are skilled in caring for the needs of those who are homeless, in crisis, or dealing with substance or physical abuse. Your financial contributions to BFC help support the Ventura County Rescue Mission, Lighthouse Women's Shelter, and Tender Life Maternity Home.

We also are partnering with The Kingdom Center transitional housing project to help support the homeless here in Ventura. If you'd like to become involved with this project, e-mail care@bfconline.org for more info.

If you are in need of Emergency Community Services, operators will provide you with a referral by calling 211 from a land line phone.

If you need Financial Assistance, applications are available to Bible Fellowship Church members and can be obtained from the Care Office. No cash is available during the church office hours or during the weekend services.

Our Food Pantry distributes dry goods to families in need during church office hours (Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.).

If you would like to make a Financial Donation to our benevolence fund, the monies will be designated for financial assistance to Bible Fellowship Church members and to the less fortunate of our community. Please make your check payable to Bible Fellowship Church Care Fund.
